Beware of etoro

I have a post that I explained how in etoro you don’t own the stock what so ever but u just own a cfd contract even if you don’t use margin
In this post I’ll explain a little bit about how etoro pays dividends on your stocks even tho you don’t own them and the dangers of trading on this kind of brokers
“”””””””””””””””””””
As I said in one of my replay , the underlying asset is a cfd contract (cfd contracts are decaying assets ) , a cfd contract doesn’t grant you any ownership over the real stock. Let me explain again .
In one of the legit brokers I use , they have this program that if you subscribe in , you give the broker the permission to lend the stocks in your portfolio to other traders who want to short sell the stock , like I have 5 apple stocks in my portfolio, if I’m signed up to the lending programme in this legit broker , then they can take my 5 apple stocks and lend them to someone who wants to short sell them .
1 - by law I’m not paid dividends on those stocks that they borrowed from me , but the borrower is paid the dividend cause he is the owner now as long as he is borrowing my stocks .
2- said broker will pay me 50% of the interest that he charges the short seller
3- the broker will still give me my dividends equivalent but in a form of capital gain ( etoro does pay u dividends equivalent from the commission that he charges on his platform , but not real dividends, )
This might sound complicated but again this is way a broker like etoro can tell their clients that they are buying the asset which in-fact they are not , it is legal but it is a form of word play , the real danger is if etoro goes bankrupt or for any reason doesn’t wna does his part of cfd contract deal then they tottaly can , they don’t do it upfront , but they can halt trading on a certain stock , just an example , a real legit broker will never halt trading on a stock unless the exchange itself halt trading and no one in the world can buy the stock , in etoro you will find that you can’t sell a certain position or open one , while at the same time other traders on other platforms are happily buying the same stock and selling it , this is one form of etoro saying “ I don’t want to keep up to my words that and exercise the cfd contract “
Somethings I said are a bit complicated but etoro banks on the low experience and innocency of their clients .
They actually blocked a popular investor called “harshsmith” because he was allegedly scalping stocks , and he have 2k copiers , so every 1000$ he made is 2 million $ that etoro had to pay to all his copiers , they might not allow scalping and that’s their law but keep in mind , if they are a legit broker they would be happily letting him scalp cause he and his 2k copiers are paying commission, and commission is how they make their profit as they say (big lie , they make it from your losses ) , then why block and profitable popular investor with a lot of copiers paying commission? Cause they are paying him his profit from their pocket and not the real market , I don’t mind them having their own non scalping law , but why have it if your legit ?! More scalping is more commission for the broker right ? Unless it is not a legit broker such as etoro
Hope this helps

Trading platform dubai

What's your opinion on what trading platform is best in terms of fees? I want to personally do all my trading, so would not be interested in a robo adviso someone doing it for me.
Fidelity, Schwab, IB? I got the sense Fidelity and scwhab are better in terms of fees than IB as far as I understood correctly, but wanted to get a second opinion. And are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
Also If we invest in a US fund, do we need to pay taxes on cap app? This is true for Fidelity and schwab but not sure about IB.
Edit - mostly looking to trade etfs and sit on it.

Are there semi-professional brokers that accept European customers

So, I've been searching forever for brokers that:
a) Allow non-UK European accounts
b) Have a platform that's suited to frequent trades with small margins and somewhat complex strategies (e.g. low-to-no commission on a per-trade basis other than the exchange fee, rich APIs + support for more order type than just sell/buy)
c) Have a wide range of instruments available (e.g. allowing for margins on SL order and/or dealing in CFDs, providing options, futures and having those available for stocks, bonds, ETFs, currencies and commodities traded on all major exchanges)
I'm sure these brokers exist for "real" customers that trade millions a day, in my case I have a sort of mid-volume strategy, where I trade e.g. ~20,000$ worht of volume each day (of course, depends on the day, could be between 0 and 50,000$ worth), so I don't have access to those kinds of brokers.
Up until now I've considered/tried:
Are there any other players on the market at the moment?

Can I long Tesla stock by leveraging my crypto portfolio?

I have made a small fortune buying bitcoin years ago, and have been sitting on it since then for a rainy day.
Now I am tempted to long Tesla and make some gains without selling my bitcoin and paying capital gain tax.
Etoro seems the only trading platform that accepts both crypto AND stocks, most exchanges are exclusive to one only. Is it possible to deposit my bitcoin and margin trade to long Tesla that way?

Round up of Cryptocurrency News #3 Week 20/07 - 26/07

Pssst! Hey you. Scroll down for commentary!
Important/Notable/Highlights:
Special Mentions:
You haven't had enough news? Here is some more:
Speculation:
You made it! :)
First up, SORRY! This has been a late post, I have my reasons don't question them (if you must know I'll be posting in the discord - one time only haha). Secondly, I am sure you can agree with me when I say "Wow!" What an incredible week it has been. Last week I thought it was going to take a couple more weeks for more moving price action when it had only taken a few days which has seen Bitcoin reach and pass the $10,000 region. We have also seen the total Market cap for cryptocurrencies increase from about 280B to over 300B (308B at time of writing) within just a few days. A huge injection of liquidity, about 40B, into the market and just to name a few of the best rises in the top 20 (on Coinmarketcap.com), the price of ETH BTC ADA have given good performances/positive responses (With this I will start adding screenshots at the end of each week for timestamp purposes).
This may be a combination from Binance, Mastercard, Paypal, Grayscale investments, VISA AND the DEFI sector. Let me explain... Last week we read about Binance integrating with the company Swipe (SXP) to issue there own debit card expanding the use and reach of cryptocurrency to 31 countries within Europe. Binance's Q2 scheduled token burn of $60.5 Million, this figure correlates with its exchange, margin and futures trading platforms where approximately 20% of profits get burned to increase the price of BNB token (careful as the price has been steady after the burn).
This week we find out Mastercard's expansion into the Cryptosphere as they expand and integrate with the Wirex team to issue a Mastercard-backed Bitcoin debit card, thus further extending the reach of cryptocurrency availability internationally.
"The cryptocurrency market continues to mature and Mastercard is driving it forward, creating safe and secure experiences for consumers and businesses in today’s digital economy " "...Our work with Wirex and the wider crypto ecosystem is accelerating innovation and empowering consumers with more choice in the way they pay"
Mastercard is also reaching out to other emerging cryptocurrency firms to apply to become principal members [Partners] with Mastercard as they have relaxed their digital assets program and look to expand into the Digital Assets and Blockchain environment.
Paypals expression of interest in cryptocurrency facilitiation may bear fruits as it is said Paypal has partnered up with stablecoin operator Paxos (who is already in partnership with Revolut in the US) to facilitate trading through a cryptocurrency brokerage which will enable other firms to integrate cryptocurrency trading functionalities with them. In my opinion this looks much more promising than the Libra association they pulled out from last October as regulations.
Grayscale Investments clears regulatory hurdle as they have been given the green light for its Bitcoin Cash Trust (BCHG) and Litecoin Trust (LTCN) to be quoted in over-the-counter (OTC) markets by US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
“The Trusts are open-ended trusts sponsored by Grayscale and are intended to enable exposure to the price movement of the Trusts’ underlying assets through a traditional investment vehicle, avoiding the challenges of buying, storing, and safekeeping digital Bitcoin Cash or Litecoin directly.”
More green lights for Cryptocurrency in the US as regulators allow banks to provide cryptocurrency custody services (which may go further than just custody services). A little bit strange as it seems unnecessary and undermines one of the key factors and uses of cryptocurrency which is to be in complete control of your own finances... On another outlook this may be bullish as it allows US banks to provide banking services directly to lawful cryptocurrency businesses and show support for Bitcoin.
Visa shows support stating they have a roadmap for their further expansion into the Crypto sphere. Already working with Crypto platform Coinbase and Fold they have stated they recognise the role of digital assets in the future of money. To be frank, it appears to be focused on stable coins, cost effectiveness and transaction speeds. However they are expanding their support for crypto assets.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DeFI! Our very own growing section in crypto. Just like the 2017 ICO boom we are seeing exorbitant growth and FOMO into the Decentralised Finance sector (WBTC, Stablecoins, Yield farming, DEXs etc). The amount of active addresses on Ethereum has doubled but with the FOMO on their network have sky rocketed their fees! Large use-cases of stable coins such as USDT ($6B in circulation using ERC-20 standard), DAI, TUSD, and PAX. $114M Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) on their network acts as a fluid side chain for Bitcoin and DEX trade volume has touched $1.6B this month. With all this action happening on Ethereum I saw the 24HR volume surpass BTC briefly on Worldcoinindex.com
In other news, Bitcoin has been set as a new precedent in a US federal court in a case against Larry Dean Harmon, the operator of an underground trading platform Helix. Bitcoin has now legally been ruled as a form of money.
“After examination of the relevant statutes, case law, and other sources, the Court concludes that bitcoin is money under the MTA and that Helix, as described in the indictment, was an `unlicensed money transmitting business´ under applicable federal law.”
Quick news in China/Asia as floods threaten miners and the most dominant ASIC Bitcoin mining rig manufacturer Bitmain loses 10,000 Antminers worth millions alledgedly goes missing or "illegally transfered" with ongoing leadership dispute between cofounders.
Last but not least, Cardano (ADA) upgrade Shelley is ready to launch! Hardfork is initiated as final countdown clock is switched on. At time of writing the point of no return has been reached, stress tests done and confirmation Hardfork is coming 29/07 The Shelley Mainnet upgrade is a step toward fast, capable and decentralised crypto that can serve billions of people. With the Shelley Mainnet is ADA staking rewards and pools! Here is a chance for us Gravychainers to set up a small pool of our own. Small percentage of profits going into the development of the community, and you keep the rest!
If you read all of my ramblings thanks heaps! I appreciate it! I have added an extra piece of reading called speculation. Most you can speculate on by just reading the headline some others have more depth to them.

Dr Seuss collectables on the blockchain HECK YEAH! and Bitcoin enters NASCAR, remember when Doge did this? it was like when Doge was trending on TikTok.
... Oh yeah did I also mention Steve Wozniak is suing Youtube, Google over rampant Bitcoin scams. Wait, what? Sydney based law firm JPB Liberty is suing Google, Facebook and Twitter for up to $300B. Just another day in the Cryptosphere.

Pendaftaran

Proses pendaftaran DEGIRO sendiri cukup straightforward.

Nama ISIN Ticker Expense Ratio Exchange
iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets IMI UCITS ETF (Acc) IE00BKM4GZ66 EMIM 0.18% pa Euronext Amsterdam
iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF USD (Acc) IE00B4L5Y983 IWDA 0.20% pa Euronext Amsterdam
iShares Nasdaq 100 UCITS ETF (Acc) IE00B53SZB19 CNDX 0.33% pa Euronext Amsterdam

Can you help explain eToro's "You may lose more than your initial investment" disclaimer?

Hey everyone, new to stocks and eToro but while signing up I saw this disclaimer "You may lose more than your initial investment" on eToro's website. Now I understand the risks of margin trading, and how if you're X10 you can get liquidated if the market moves just 10% on you, but how can you lose more than your initial investment even if your margin trading? I just want to be safe and make sure only the initial amount I invest can be lost and nothing more. Thanks so much!

Seems like a good candidate for a 10 X or 20 X ?

CoinMetro (XCM) is currently sitting at ~350K market cap and rank 1220.
It’s an exchange registered in the EU (Estonia) and started by a guy called Kevin Murcko, who is fairly well-known in the financial services world and a board member at the European Crypto Association.
CoinMetro’s strategy seems to be to build an exchange with really nice UX/UI, particularly with a view to making crypto accessible for newbies. One of the things that got me excited is that they’ve implemented a similar idea to eToro’s copytrader (they call it “Trade Mirror”) – meaning you can allocate funds to automatically copying the positions that more experienced traders open. It’s essentially a way to remove the barriers to entry for people who don’t have the time, knowledge or experience to manage a crypto portfolio for themselves. This is something that allowed eToro to grow very rapidly (they recently hit 12M active users in 140 countries) – it gives ordinary people exposure to markets they wouldn’t otherwise have the ability to trade. (NB, you already can trade a few top-20 cryptos on eToro, so it’s not a totally untapped market).
Coinmetro also seem to be experimenting with the mechanics of placing orders to try to make it less daunting - so you can buy via “Simplex” which is essentially Uniswap (just bang in what you want and off you go), you can choose “Express” for a normal exchange experience, or “Pro” to add in features like margin trading, indicators, advanced charting, etc. If you go check out the exchange you can see they’re trying to do something fresh and engaging with it. It’s not quite there yet, but hey, ~350K market cap and early days.
Other stuff to note… it’s a fully licensed Fiat on-and-off ramp (licenses are here and here); they do 24/7 support chat (which I’ve used, and it’s actually good)… token economics are pretty sensible, with 330M max supply (only about 8.5m in circulation). Much like BNB, the token gets you discounts on trading fees, but you do it by locking up the token (which will promote scarcity) and there’s a smart contract in place that automatically market-buys XCM using all of the exchange fees they collect (i.e. there’s a perpetual buyback in place). In other words, demand for the token scales with demand for the exchange. XCM tokens bought in this way are locked up for 4 years.
What else… they’ve managed to accrue a decent enough grass-roots following so far with about 4k on Twitter, 3.5K on Facebook, 1K on LinkedIn. There’s 24 team members listed on LinkedIn, who all seem to be human people (they’re currently recruiting more). The CEO does weekly AMAs in the Telegram; he does quite a bit of public speaking and appears on crypto vlogs like Bloxlive fairly regularly. The native iOS and Android apps were just released, with and are well-rated so far (4.6 out of 5). There’s over 200 articulate, well-researched blog posts on the site itself, and about 50 on their Medium. The 2020 roadmap is here and worth a look.
In my opinion, they’ve mostly been held back by poor timing so far. They started to promote the product just before the bottom fell out of the market in 2018 (their ICO opened 11th December, less than a month before the 6th January crash). They still raised $15 million, and have apparently still got plenty of gas in the tank (their last accounts filing shows $6.5 million). Oh, and the fact you can only buy XCM on Coinmetro itself right now! Volume is currently pretty shocking, but the roadmap covers some of the ways they’re planning to grow it (B2B outreach, ambassador programme, new marketing director)
I mean, in a market where whitepapers regularly get 100m valuations, I see absolutely no reason this can’t 10X or 20X. As an example of a "lesser-known" exchange, KuCoin Shares (KCS) is currently at 100M market cap, which would be a 250X from here. In the last bull run, KuCoin hit $1.8 billon market cap – which would be a like a… 4000 X ?
I mean, this seems to me like the definition of a moonshot. Tiny market cap, huge upside, good fundamentals, asymmetric risk profile.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk. What do you think?

Weekly Update: $WIB, $VID, $CHZ on ParJar, Pynk crushes Web Summit, XIO swap bridge, Sentivate reorg... – 1 Nov - 7 Nov'19
Hi folks! We are catching up real quick. Here’s your week at Parachute + partners (1 Nov - 7 Nov'19):

Three new projects and their awesome communities joined the Parachute fam this week: Wibson, VideoCoin and Chiliz. Welcome! And if you missed, we also added Shuffle Monster, Harmony and CyberFM last week. #cryptoforeveryone is getting bigger by the day. Woot woot! In this week’s TTR trivias, we had Richi’s movie quiz qith a 25k $PAR pot. Charlotte's Rebus trivia in TTR on Tuesday had 25k $PAR in prizes for 10 Qs. Noice! Jason’s creative contest for this week was #artdeadmin: “draw/paint/sketch/whatever you imagine a group of the parachute admins doing together”. Click here to check out some of the entries of the TTR Halloween photo contest from last week. Doc Victor (from Cuba) hosted a Champions League wager round in tip room. And congrats to Victor (Anox) for passing his final Medical exams. We have 2 Doc Vics now. One from Cuba and the other from *redacted*.
Some of the top #artdeadmin submissions. Insane talent!
Jason’s running medal collection. Say what!
Andy shared the latest standings in the Parachute Fantasy Football League (#PFFL). Clinton (7-2) is on top followed by Chris (7-2) in second place and Hang (7-2) in third place. So close! As we rolled into November, Parachute crew signed up for Movember. So now we have 3 teams from the Parachute fold, doing a no-shave November for men’s health issues: Parachute (Tony, Cap, Alexis, Cuban Doc Vic, Richi), TTR (Vali, Ashok, Tavo, Alejandro, Marcos, PeaceLove) and TTR-Ladies (Mery, Martha, AngellyC, Liem, Durby, LeidyElena, Charlotte). Show them some support peeps! This is all for charity. Show them some support folks! This week’s #wholesomewed was about “your most precious possession and give us the story of why it is so precious to you”. A whole lot of $PAR was given out for some real wholesome life stories. Best. Community. Eva! Two-for-Tuesday theme for this week: colors! As always, a melodic Tuesday thanks to Gian! And thank you Borna for writing about Parachute and ParJar on the Blockchain Andy blog.
<- This is where Jose creates his magic. Respect / Cuban Doc Vic’s doggo, Symba, could easily be a TTR mascot. Good boi! ->
This week at aXpire there were two separate $AXPR burns: 20k of last week and 200k of this week. Last week’s news recap can be seen here. Congratulations to the team for being conferred the honour of being handed a key to Miami-Dade County by Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez at the 2019 Miami-Dade Beacon Council Annual Meeting & Key Ceremony. aXpire's disruptive solutions like Resolvr (expense allocation), Bilr (invoice management) and DigitalShares (deal marketplace) help hedge funds and PE firms scale through better profit margins. How? Read here. Did you know that the 2gether Ambassador Zone lets you customise referral messages with a #PicOfTheDay while you earn some sweet 2GT rewards? Super cool! There was an upgrade to the platform this week that might have led to a temporary deactivation in withdrawals while the update was being deployed. CEO Ramón Ferraz’s interview by BeInCrypto was released. Founder Salvador Algarra travelled to an ABANCA event for a keynote speech on Fintech innovation. Next week he will be at Rankia's Blockchain and Crypto Tech gathering to speak on "Blockchain, from predicting the future to building it". CardRates’ feature article on 2gether came out this week. The BOMBX:XIO token swap bridge went live. The swap will be open till 15th December. Plus, $XIO is now listed on DDEX and Switcheo. There were some disruptions in the bridge from time to time because of heavy traffic. Hence, the team also set up a manual swap page as an alternative solution. And please be wary of scammers posing as admins to help with the swap instructions. For any doubts, always reach out to accounts with admin tags on the official Telegram channel. The first set of incubated startups will be revealed on the 22nd of November. Ever wanted to find out about the people who frequent the BOMB token chat? Well, the BOMB Board is running a "Humans of Bomb" series to feature some of the most active members. This week, say Hello to Gustavo.
Key to Miami-Dade County awarded to aXpire. Cool!
WednesdayCoin’s founder Mike floated the idea of making WednesdayClub open on all days. The nature of the $WED token will not change on chain. Just that it will be usable inside the DApp everyday. What do you think? Let him know in the Reddit thread. Birdchain’s $BIRD token was listed on Mercatox this week. A new monthly referral contest was launched as well. 50k BIRD tokens to be won. Nice! Want the SMS feature to be released in your country? Start promoting! A featured article on Chainleak capped off the week perfectly for Birdchain. $ETHOS, $AXPR (aXpire), $HYDRO, $BNTY (Bounty0x) and $HST (Horizon State) were added to the eToro Wallet. The airdrops for Switch’s various token holders were distributed this week. As mentioned earlier as well, $ESH and $SDEX are revenue sharing tokens. Winners of the John McAfee contest and trading competition were announced. Congratulations! Tron blockchain support will be added to the Switch-based McAfeeDex next week. The news was covered by Beincrypto, U Today, Crypto Crunch, Altcoin Buzz and Tron’s Justin Sun as well. The Dex was featured in a Forbes article about John McAfee’s views on Libra. The latest community contest at Fantom involves writing educational articles on the platform. If you have been following Fantom developments, then this would be a breeze. Also, USD 100 in FTM tokens to be won. Sweet! Check out the cool $FTM merch on display at Odd Gems fashion. Even though these are not official gear, they have the blessings from the project. CMO Michael Chen sat down for an interview with Crypto Intelligence India to talk about the upcoming mainnet launch. The crew also appeared for an AMA with Atomic Wallet community. The latest technical update covers "Golang implementation of Lachesis consensus" or Go-Lachesis in short. Check out its demo with 7 nodes here.
Parachute presentation (WIP). That’s right. 500k transactions and counting. Wow!
While the Uptrennd Halloween contest got over last week, AltcoinBuzz made a friggin amazing graphic! Don’t forget to follow the Ann channel to stay up to date with the latest from Uptrennd. Founder Jeff Kirdeikis also announced that he will be working closely with PrefLogic on Security Tokens. Jeff’s interview with MakerDAO Biz Dev Gustav Arentoft came out. After some upgrades on Uptrennd, withdrawals are live again. Instead of the weekly meme contest, there was a flyer contest this week. 5k $1UP prize pool for winners. Wicked! The latest community picked TA report was on ETH. And the crew reached Malta for the AIBC Summit. More pics next week! Did you know that you can get Opacity Gift Codes for various plans at ShopOpacity.com? If not, make sure to read up on the Opacity October update. Catch up on the latest at District0x from the District weekly. The District Registry was live demo’ed. Looks cool! Hydro crew travelled to the Web Summit in Lisbon to spread word on the project. They were also represented at the Chicago fintech science fair this week. For a summary of the last few weeks gone by at Hydrogen, you can read the Project update and Hydro Labs update. We have covered most of these in previous posts. For the latest scoop on Hydro Labs, there’s always the Ann channel. Silent Notary’s Ubikiri wallet is undergoing upgrades. One of which is, wallets will be auto-named after creation. A ton more upgrades to be released. Sentivate announced a reorganisation in the company in order to devote full focus on Sentivate. The parent company will close and all resources will move to Sentivate. Here’s another use-case story to emphasise the potential of Universal Web. In the latest community vote on Blockfolio, folks voted overwhelmingly Yes on whether they would like to see more explainer articles on web tech. Also, the epic shoutout from Scott Melker (The Wolf Of All Streets) has to be the best thing ever!
Updated Sentivate roadmap for next 3 months
Pynk travelled to the Web Summit in Lisbon (wonder if they crossed paths with Hydro and SelfKey teams) as an official delegate of the Mayor's International Business Programme and were featured by KPMG. How to catch people’s eyes in a Summit where everyone is trying to grab your attention? With LED back packs. Genius! Such a lit idea, that even Web Summit tweeted it. Woohoo! And then they rocked a series of pitches to get to the big stage. Wins in Round 1 and quarter finals ensured an entry into the semi finals on the main stage. Click here to watch their presentation. Great job guys! Business Insider Poland included Pynk in their list of 12 Fintech companies worth following. The latest Pynk Tank episode delves into deep fakes in political advertising. One of the upcoming features on the platform will be the addition of gold to the daily price prediction tool. Pynk has "absolutely no interest in Bitcoin fanatics, ‘bagholders’ or ANYONE who mentions moons or Lamborghini’s. It’s tacky". This vibes perfectly with Parachute. Read more on Pynk's guide to becoming a super-predictor here. Horizon State announced that it will be resuming business under a new management. Welcome back! The original $HST token will not be supported anymore. The team will be looking into how the token holders are included in the new system. DENGfans, don’t forget to check the mini-projects posted by Mathew in the Telegram channel. Look up #getDENG in the channel. If you’re proficient in excel and VB, get in touch. Shuffle Monster’s $SHUF token is now listed on Dex.ag which acts as a decentralised price aggregator. CyberFM distributed the $CYFM payouts for October this week. Total payout as of 1st Nov is USD 266k+ in crypto. Say what!
Pynk’s LED back packs are a stroke of genius
OST’s Pepo was the 19th most popular dApp on State of the DApps last week. This week it climbed to the 16th position. Upcoming features on Pepo include video replies, threads and debates. Stay tuned! OST crew was at the Web3 UX Unconference in Toronto to talk all things UX. Next week they will be at ETHWaterloo to present and judge the UX award there. SelfKey’s $KEY token got listed on Hong Kong’s Lukki exchange. Like Hydro, the SelfKey team also attended the Web Summit in Lisbon for networking. If you were there, hope you said Hi. Ever wondered how Distributed Identity keeps your information private and safe when blockchains are supposed to be public? Click here to find out how SelfKey does this. More insight was shared into the Chainlink partnership this week by Constellation CEO Ben Jorgensen. The team attended the Air Force Space Pitch Day where it was selected to pitch the platform to attendees. Go get’em! How and why does Constellation do things? Check out the Constellation Principles. The October update for Yazom covers news such as alpha build of the app nearing completion, ongoing deal negotiation with clients etc.

And with that, we close for this week in Parachuteverse. See you again soon. Ciao!

PROBLEMS OF EXISTING TRADITIONAL CRYPTO EXCHANGE
When trading cryptocurrency, traders often faced with numerous challenges, below are some of the problems;
  1. Transaction Delays: A common complaint of cryptocurrency trading is the delays in almost every transaction. Most platforms are slow to use, all the way from registering an account to making a sale. Most trades need to be mined for a trade to go through, which raises costs for people even higher, on top of the commissions the platforms make to stay in business. As more individuals join the blockchain, it gets slower, and exchanges are regularly stuck in the line sitting tight for endorsement. This at that point means speculators and makes the entire procedure troublesome and unrewarding for each dealer.
  2. Price Manipulation: Another name for price control is purchase dividers and offer dividers, which are begun by a gathering of people in the crypto showcase, alluded to as whales. In crypto exchanging, price control is the main source of the unpredictability of crypto markets. New financial specialists dependably appear to be on the wrong end of this movement. Numerous unpracticed individuals won't have the capacity to peruse the indications of the purchase divider, and rather, consider it to be a positive cost. Driven by obliviousness and defective rationale, numerous will imagine that the cost will expand, so they race to purchase. Lamentably, this inevitably prompts more weight on little time financial specialists, who think that its difficult to enter the market at a particular value run. While the whales, or huge speculators, can do the control of the market without spending excessively cash. At the point when the price moves in a whale's support, the whale would then be able to move their position and move the value run once more.
  3. Forex And Binary: the issue of Forex and Binary choices. At the present minute, numerous Forex organizations like EToro and FXPro have recorded crypto exchanging as a possibility for their stages. These crypto postings regularly accompany a get rich speedy mindset that draws a great many unpracticed financial specialists, who at that point wind up losing the majority of their cash inside minutes. Sadly, most forex merchants neglect to comprehend that forex financiers don't take into account the open market. Rather, they go after the benefits of clueless speculators, who utilize them as counterparty. While a few merchants trust that administrations manage the Forex advertise, regularly they overlook that the controller basically tosses in a disclaimer, which adds up to simply only a couple of expressions of caution.
  4. Fake News: Fake news is an extreme issue for cryptographic forms of money, as these stories can be grabbed by editors in online networking channels and dispersed to a colossal gathering of people. Regularly, these stories are not reality checked and may even contain purposeful mistakes to influence the general's sentiment about a specific kind of coin.
  5. Lack of liquidity: is pushing volatility One of the biggest problems facing cryptocurrency exchanges is an endemic lack of liquidity. The lack of liquidity, in turn, makes it hard for traders and investors to exit the market at profitable prices. When trading cryptocurrency, traders often have to up their sale and wait for the order to be filled. However, the fact that many exchanges don’t have a reserve pool means that traders must wait until there’s a willing buyer on the network before their order is filled. Hence, many traders often find themselves trapped in the market beyond the timing of their exit signal.

Should I offload stocks pre trading hours or after Market open?

Just started a paper trading account and also a small account over at etoro to allow me to "purchase" shares I may not have enough to buy a decent amount of at a broker. For example I have "bought" 10 shares of google using approx. $1k with 10x leverage through etoro rather than buying one share of google for 1k with my TDAmeritrade account, (margin trading not up and running yet). I am up a decent amount so far and feel comfortable enough going into the earnings report tonight so I was wondering if the more seasoned traders here would suggest whether it would be better to offload the trade after the earnings report tonight & pre-bell tomorrow or after the market opens for normal trading hours? Assuming the earnings report goes well, what would the normal optimum peak for selling would be after successful reports? I am assuming most everyone can now trade afterhours so does it make a huge difference for people jumping onboard? I would rather bank a decent margin and then move my bankroll onto the next trade or two on my watchlist. Thanks in advance!

However, Obtaining and owning Ether requires some tech skills and a digital wallet – which is why so many traders opt for the CFD option. When you trade Ether using CFD, you engage in a contract with a platform (such as eToro in which you don’t actually own the currency, but rather enter an agreement at the end of which you settle the difference between yourselves. Just like any other asset, there’s no one right answer. The market is unpredictable and sudden changes could create massive gains or losses in Ethereum price over a short period of time. While some say that Ether is “the next Bitcoin,” others show less faith in the relatively new cryptocurrency. However, it is definitely a highly volatile asset, changing on a daily basis. Therefore, those who can accurately predict the direction in which it is headed will make a profit.
